By accessing or using the website at hub.bravoaisystems.com and any related services, programs, or platforms operated by Bravo Financial & AI Digital Solutions ("Bravo," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and members, including those who enroll in the $47 Skool Membership, the Ultimate Business Solution program, or the VIP Done-For-You program.
Bravo Financial & AI Digital Solutions provides the following programs and services:
Monthly membership community at Skool.com. Includes access to business education content, first 3 classes free, office hours every 2 weeks. Content-only — does not include software or done-for-you services. Billed at $47/month after the free trial period.
Complete business setup including entity formation guidance, business credit/funding strategy, website, CRM, 24/7 Sophia AI phone system, conversation AI, and access to 5 apps: Bravo Service Suite, Bravo Studio Pro, Pathfinder Profit Unlock, Vault Guardian, and Biz Minute Pro. Includes weekly mentoring. This is a done-WITH-you program — client participation is required. Ad costs are separate and paid directly to advertising platforms.
Full-service program where Bravo handles implementation on your behalf. Includes all features of the Ultimate Business Solution plus hands-on execution. Ad costs are separate and paid directly to advertising platforms.
Digital books including "Built to Last," "Bringing Martial Arts to the 21st Century," and "The Business Owner's Money Playbook" are provided free of charge in exchange for your contact information. By requesting a free book, you consent to receiving follow-up communications from Bravo.
$47 Skool Membership: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Ultimate Business Solution ($2,997 setup fee): Due to the nature of the done-with-you service and the time invested in onboarding, setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun. Monthly fees ($247/mo) may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
VIP Done-For-You ($3,997 setup fee): Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly fees ($997/mo) may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Exceptions: Refund requests due to documented technical failure on our part will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the issue.
Bravo Financial & AI Digital Solutions provides business education, tools, systems, and consulting. We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, lead generation outcomes, or business success. Results depend on many factors including your effort, market conditions, industry, and implementation of strategies.
Any income examples, case studies, or testimonials shared are for illustrative purposes only and are not guarantees of what you will achieve. Individual results will vary.
As a client or member, you agree to:
All content on our website and within our programs — including but not limited to training materials, videos, books, templates, scripts, systems, the Bravo AI System, Sophia AI, and app software — is the intellectual property of Bravo Financial & AI Digital Solutions and is protected by copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for your own personal business use only. You may not share, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any program or service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse our staff or community members, or fail to make required payments. In cases of termination for cause, no refunds will be issued.
You may cancel your membership or monthly services at any time by contacting us at [email protected] with 30 days written notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bravo Financial & AI Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
